In each level of Five Nights at Freddy's Search for Items, you will enter a chaotic room filled with scattered items. Your task is to find exactly the required items in the displayed list. You may find these items hidden in the most unusual and illogical places. Time is your biggest enemy—quickly complete the mission before the countdown timer reaches zero; otherwise, an animatronic will suddenly appear to "greet you" in the scariest way.

The deeper you go, the more difficult it becomes. The items are getting smaller, better camouflaged, and the duration is shorter.
