Gameplay Overview

In That's Not My Neighbor 4!, you play the role of a security guard at an apartment building, where a dark force has infiltrated and disguised itself as a resident to hide. Your task is to carefully observe suspicious objects, looking for unusual signs such as strange eyes and gestures. After that, it's your responsibility to either approve residents' entry into the building or expel suspicious residents before time runs out.

Use a flashlight and camera to uncover hidden details. You must exercise caution when making decisions, as errors can result in severe repercussions, but excessive uncertainty can also significantly upset the residents. If any doppelganger sneaks into this apartment complex, you lose.
